Happiness at Work: Case of Apparel Industry in Sri Lanka

The objectives of the study were to; examine differences in happiness at work among white-collar and blue-collar workers apparel industry to explore main contributing organizational level factors work. Following case method, a sample blue employees, selected from large organization used collect data. A structured questionnaire was data related its determinants. Both ANOVA ANCOVA models together with qualitative analysis analyze It found that are happier than workers. Furthermore, it discovered job inspiration work-life quality most significant contributors employees; inspiration, leadership, contribute employees.
